Controversies: McIntosh was named in a suit that also listed Director of Inclusion and Intercultural Affairs Joi Cunningham, Assistant Dean of Students Karen Lloyd,

Elena Popova, a financial analyst for the Kresge Foundation, OU, OU's technology services department and the Oakland County prosecutor's office. I cannot find the basis for this suit, other than the fact that it was a civil rights action, but the case was dismissed twice.

McIntosh holds several bodybuilding titles and serves as a strength and conditioning coach for Oakland athletics.
